2015학년도 5·18장학생(희망) 선발 공고

 

5·18기념재단에서는 민주화운동 및 국가폭력피해유자녀(또는 자녀) 중 5·18희망 장학생을 선발하여 우리 사회의 능력 있는 일꾼으로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 인재육성장학생 선발을 위해 다음과 같이 공고합니다.

1. 2015학년도 장학생 선발인원 및 장학금액

□ 명 칭 : 5·18희망 장학금

• 1인당 지급액 : 연간 250만원

• 선발인원 : 8명(전국)

 

2. 공고 및 접수기간

□ 신청

• 서류접수기간 : 2014. 7.14 ~ 7.23 (10일간)

• 서류제출방법 : 우편 혹은 방문, 이메일 접수(도착분까지 유효)

• 서류제출장소 : (우 502-260)

□ 장학생 제출서류(각 1부씩)

• 지원신청서

- 장학생지원서(별지 제1호 서식)

- 장학생지원자 정보(별지 제2호 서식)

- 추천서(별지 제3호 서식)

• 주민등록등본·재학증명서·성적증명서

• 입증자료(부모의 민주화운동 및 국가폭력피해사실)


3. 지원자격

□ 민주화운동 및 국가폭력피해 유자녀(또는 자녀)로 다음 각 호에 해당하는 자로 함

1) 국내 대학 재학

 

□ 장학생 선발 시 제외 기준

1) 징계를 받은 자 또는 징계 의결 중인 자(후생장학위원회의 심의를 거쳐 결정)

2) 장학생으로서의 품위를 손상한 자(후생장학위원회 심의)

3) 휴학 중인 자

 

4. 장학생 선발 방법

□ 장학생 선발

• 장학금 신청 학생을 대상으로 후생장학위원회의 심사를 거쳐 선발

• 서류심사 : 신청 학생의 가정환경, 가치관 및 삶에 대한 태도, 향후 계획, 지원서 및 추천서 중심으로 심사하여 선발

□ 심사기준

• 서류심사(100점) 평가 배점

가정환경(50)

5․18민주화운동과 자신의 삶(25)

향후계획(학업 및 사회생활)(25)

• 서류심사의 성적산출은 각 심사위원들의 평가점수를 합산한 평균점수로 순위를 결정함

• 동점일 경우 교과성적 순으로 함

 

5. 기타

• 모든 제출 서류의 기재사항이 사실과 다를 경우 선발이 취소되며, 제출된 서류는 반환하지 않음

대한민국 민주화의 선봉에서 주권자 권력자의 책임을 이행하다 순직하신 유공자 영령 분들과 유가족 분들에게 진심으로 위로하며 감사합니다.

아직 행방불명되어 계신분들이 가족의 품으로 돌아가야 합니다.

518민주화운동에 희생당한 분들에게 살아있는자들은 예우를 갖추어야 하며 더이상 518민주화운동 명예가 실추되지 않도록 합시다.

일단 진짜 유공자들에게는 감사한다. 그런데 지근 정권 잦은 놈들 518의 이름을 쓰레기통에 쳐박는구나. 취지는 알겠는데 유공자 리스트 공개해봐. 누가 유공자인지부터 좀 알자. 엿가락처럼 매년 계속 수가 늘어나는게 유공자냐. 몇일 학생운동해 감옥 갔다온것이 이렇게 신생 귀족이 될 일인가. 그리고 왜 518 유공자를 광주가 아닌 서울 아파트를 주냐. 그리고 다른 유공자들과 형평성이 왜이리 안맞냐? 다 매표 행위다. 갈라치기 너무 흉하다.

소싯적 같이 데모하던사람들을 챙겨주려는 마음은 이해는 되지만 국민세금으로 운영되는 정책이 상대적 박탈감과 역차별을 만들어서야 되는지요?

남녀를 가르고 지역을 가르고 나라를 반으로 가르는게 표가되고 돈이된다는건 이해하지만, 이제는 대놓고 국가세금을 우리식구끼리 나눠먹자는 식으로밖에 보이지 않습니다.

저는 평생을 광주에서 살아왔지만 518단체들 문제 많다는것 뉴스에도 여러번 나왔습니다.

적당히 하시죠... 광주사람들도 518로 감성팔이하고 일반 광주시민 역차별 하는거 썩 좋아보이지 않습니다.
