부산민주공원서 5·18민주화운동 기록물 만난다

부산민주공원은 5·18광주민주화운동 기록물 유네스코 세계기록유산 등재 10주년을 기념해 ‘기록을 넘어, 문화적 기억으로’ 전시전을 연다고 1일 밝혔다.

이번에 전시되는 기록물은 9종이다. 구체적으로 ▷시민 성명서, 선언문, 일기, 취재수첩 ▷흑백필름 및 사진자료 ▷시민 증언자료 ▷피해자 병원 치료기록 ▷공공기관이 작성한 5·18민주화운동 자료 ▷군 사법기관의 재판자료와 김대중 내란음모사건 자료 ▷국회 5·18민주화운동 진상조사 특별위원회 회의록 ▷국가의 피해자 보상자료 ▷미국의 5·18 관련 비밀해제 등이다. 이 중 주요 기록물의 복제품이 전시회에 오른다. 5·18 기록물은 2011년 유네스코 세계기록유산으로 등재됐다. 전시회와 함께 ‘더불어 홍성담 판화 마당’도 함께 진행된다. 1980년 당시 현장을 판화로 제작한 홍성담 화백의 오월 판화 연작 중 35점이 전시된다. 민주공원 관계자는 “광주민주화운동의 정신을 기념하고 계승하며 홍성담 오월 판화의 가치를 세계미술사에 자리매김하도록 만드는 자리가 될 것”이라고 말했다. 전시는 다음 달 23일까지 민주공원 기획전시실에서 열린다.
